Mental Health
Research has demonstrated that thoughts can clearly influence our physical state. Learning techniques to direct our thoughts so that we can influence our health and recovery from illness or injury is a critical part of our healing process. Guided imagery, hypnosis, cognitive behavioral therapy and psychotherapy are a some of the techniques that can be used by practitioners in this field to promote wellness and healing.
