				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>WE ARE YOUR PASSPORT TO HEALTHY TRAVEL</strong></p>
<p>The Sonoma Valley Hospital Occupational Health Department offers a Travel Medicine Program for both work-related travel and for the general public. The program is headed by a member of the International Society of Travel Medicine<em>, </em>who enables us to stay up to date on the latest travel risks and disease information. We also offer adult vaccination for non-travelers.</p>
<p>We follow CDC and WHO guidelines.</p>

<p><strong><em>Plan ahead: some vaccines may take several weeks to become effective.</em></strong></p>

<li>Destination-specific pre-travel evaluation and counseling</li>
<li>Customized travel report</li>
<li>The following vaccinations are available:
<ul>
<li>Hepatitis A</li>
<li>Hepatitis B</li>
<li>Influenza</li>
<li>Japanese Encephalitis</li>
<li>MMR (Measles, Mumps, &amp; Rubella)</li>
<li>Meningococcal Vaccine</li>
<li>Pneumococcal Vaccine</li>
<li>Polio</li>
<li>Rabies</li>
<li>Tetanus-Diphtheria-Pertussis</li>
<li>Typhoid Fever</li>
</ul>

<li>Prescriptions for medications including malaria prevention, altitude sickness prevention and the treatment of traveler&#8217;s diarrhea</li>
