				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Sonoma Valley Hospital</strong> has scheduled an intensive one-week “boot camp” of its popular<strong> Wellness University<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/2122.png" alt="™" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></strong> course in July. Sessions will run from <strong>8:00 am to 10:30 am each day during the week of Monday, July 17 through Friday, July 21</strong>. It is open to the community without cost, but attendance is limited so those interested are encouraged to sign up early.</p>
<p>Wellness University is a college-level course based on a curriculum developed for those interested in improving or maintaining good health, serving as a role model for healthy behaviors, and teaching wellness. Students completing the program graduate as <strong>Wellness Ambassadors</strong>.</p>
<p>Among the topics covered at Wellness University are: assessing your current state of emotional and physical health; finding balance in your life; stress reduction and relaxation techniques; importance of making positive choices; value of exercise and good nutrition; recommended breathing practices; and how to inspire others to better health.</p>
<p><strong>Wellness University instructors include Kelly Mather, CEO; Leslie Lovejoy, Chief Quality Officer; and Steven Lewis, Wellness Coordinator.</strong></p>
