Sonoma Valley Health Partners (Sonoma Valley Hospital, Sonoma Valley Community Health Center, Sonoma Valley Fire & Rescue, Schell-Vista Fire Protection District, Sonoma Valley Unified School District, Sonoma County Department of Public Health, and the Sonoma Valley Catalyst Fund) are providing the COVID-19 Vaccine in Sonoma Valley.
We are grateful for our strong supporters: Sonoma Valley Rotary, Vintage House, and La Luz Center.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
How to receive your second dose if you received your first dose between March 23 and April 7 at the
Sonoma Valley Veterans Memorial Building (126 1st Street West, Sonoma, 95476).

You will receive notification of your second dose appointment via text or email.  If we do not have access to a mobile device or have an email account, OR you do not receive the email or text message notification, please come to Sonoma Vets Hall on the day listed on your immunization card.  Everyone should bring their immunization record to the visit.

Please do not schedule an appointment in MyTurn as your second dose is reserved specifically for you and it is excluded from our MyTurn offerings.

We appreciate your patience as we transition to a new scheduling platform.
