Dr. Baumgarten was born at MarinHealth Medical Center and grew up in Marin County, attending Terra Linda High School. His special interests include preventative cardiology, non-invasive cardiac imaging and heart failure. Dr. Baumgarten feels a strong sense of responsibility to this community, not only as a physician, but as an advocate for his patients, and believes that good communication is essential to a healthy patient-doctor relationship.
