We encourage everyone 18 years older to attend including families, partners, caregivers, and healthcare providers. Presenters include the Hospital’s Medical Director for Emergency Care, Dr. Jasper Schmidt, as well as Sage Conlon, Medical Social Worker (SVH), and Rob Matheson, Community Liaison (By The Bay Health). The workshop is a collaboration between By The Bay Health, Vintage House, and Sonoma Valley Hospital.
