My approach is one of viewing people in a holistic manner. I believe that body, mind, emotions and spirit direct our choices and behaviors in life. I therefore work with a variety of approaches depending on what is presented as the focus and desired goals in therapy. I think it is important to identify and work through emotional and behavioral responses that are outdated patterns and to modify belief systems which perpetuate depression, low self esteem and poor life choices.
